Hi Kelsey! I love your list! I have American Gods on my list too....maybe a buddy read is in order?? I have heard so many good things about Neil Gaiman, I can't believe I haven't actually READ any of his books!
Excellent idea Stephanie. This will be my first Gaiman too. It would be great fun to read it with you.
I have read American Gods and liked it. Amy Tan's Saving Fish was somehow not quite grabbing me, so I am looking forward to seeing what you think.
I have Quicksilver in my stacks and I believe Necromancer is lurking, too. I want to get to Quicksilver at some point this year.
Thanks for the feedback Kucki. So many people have recommended American Gods I can't wait to get to it. I've looked forward to the Tan novel for awhile. I do hope it won't be a disappointment. I'll let you know when I get to it.
How did I not know you had a blog site, Kelsey?! I really enjoyed American Gods and I love all Falco novels :-) I read Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier and really disliked it, so hopefully Foxmask is better! I'll be sure to link to you in my list of blogs!
I loved Daughter of the Forest (the entire trilogy actually). Foxmask is the sequel to Wolfskin which took awhile to get into, but was a very satisfying read. Wolfskin has few similarities to DotF--it's more of an epic Norse tale. I'm looking forward to Foxmask almost as much as American Gods. I've already tossed a copy of Anansi Boys onto Mt. TBR too. :-)
